HR Contact Center Associate with Dutch and English – 12-months (fixed-term) contract, MHLS (My HR Live Support)

Join the HR Contact Center team, which supports Amazon across certain EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) countries. Our team provides multi-language support to internal customers and is looking for HR Contact Center Associates with Dutch and English to join us. Reporting to a Team Manager, the team acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems. Responsibilities include answering employee life-cycle queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations, as well as processing absence reporting requests.
Responsibilities :
* Handle and resolve HR queries in Dutch and English by referring to documentation such as FAQs and SOPs, escalating unresolved issues.
* Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with high customer focus.
* Identify gaps in documentation, processes, and areas for improving customer service.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees to explain and resolve queries across the employee lifecycle at Amazon.
* Seek employee feedback actively to improve service levels.
* Work on rotational shifts including weekends, weekdays, and bank holidays.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience in human resources
* Experience with customer service
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluent in Dutch (speaking, reading, and writing)
