Job Overview:
The Team
Within Global Parts & Services (P&S), the Strategy & Business Transformation (SBT) team supports Regions to:
* Attract and retain customers in our service networks, providing solutions for a no-brainer customer journey
* Conquer independent repairers, becoming their preferred provider of multi-brand parts
* Accelerate their business transformation through cross-functional digital solutions and global digital convergence
* Connect vehicle and workshops data to drive business and enhance customers and repairers’ journey
* Identify the right targets to deliver their partnership and M&A strategy
Moreover, SBT shapes the P&S strategy from Business Intelligence insights and from Functions and Regions Want To Be, working on their global clarity and consistency.

The Role:
The Repairer Portal is the tool where repairers connect to manage the daily workshop activities, from the customer welcome to the parts orders. Through this portal, repairers access customer information and contracts, service history, recall campaign, parts catalog, quotation tools, diagnostic technical assistance, workshop agenda and management.
The current regional repairer portals are being replaced by a new “Single Repairer Portal” (SRP) in the 6 Stellantis Regions, with the ambition to improve repairer efficiency & developing parts sales.
As the Repairer Portal Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of the Single Repairer Portal (SRP) initiative across the 6 Stellantis Regions. You will coordinate the development and integration of various modules into the SRP, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within budget, and meets repairer satisfaction goals. Your role will involve managing a global team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving the digital transformation of repairer portal tools to enhance efficiency and parts sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute the SRP program strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and repairer satisfaction goals.
* Project Coordination: Supervise the development and integration of key modules, including parts catalog, parts distribution, job card management, workshop back office, editorial pages, and user connection.
* Program Management: Ensure the successful execution of the SRP program, with a roll-out spread from 2025 to 2030. Implement meticulous risk management and escalation processes to ensure program delivery on time, within budget, and with high repairer satisfaction.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, P&S Technical Service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the SRP.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the progress and impact of the SRP program, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital transformation professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
* Budget Management: Oversee a yearly budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

* Drive simplicity while dealing with regional specificities diversities
You report to the head of P&S Strategy & Business Transformation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
* Ideally experience in Parts & Service, understanding of automotive parts, systems and service processes
Skills:
* Strong understanding of digital technologies, tools, and trends.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
