We are supporting a global manufacturer of dental solutions in their search for a Sales Account Manager to join their Italian team. This is a field-based role covering Milan and the Lombardy region, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.The rolePromote and sell a portfolio of well-established dental products directly to dental practices.Deliver multiple high-quality customer visits per day, building strong, long-term professional relationships.Implement call strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.Provide hands-on product training and education to dentists.Actively participate in key dental congresses, exhibitions, and workshops.Collaborate closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in marketing and management.Contribute at regular sales meetings in Italy and across EMEA (English required for the latter).The profile5–6 years’ experience as a dental sales representative; experience with leading brandsStrong selling and communication skills, with proven sales achievements.Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage territory effectively.Organised and structured, able to plan customer visits and deliver training sessions confidently.Degree in pharmacy or equivalent background preferred.Driving licence required.MS Office proficiency.
