About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C‐SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels
Diagnose and resolve technical and account‐related issues
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Requirements
Native‐level German (minimum C1) and fluency in English
Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)
Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C‐SAT, NPS, SLAs)
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
Technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus

Competitive salary package: approx. €21,800 gross/year
Fixed weekday schedule (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
