People are the essence of the company, and research, innovation, and quality inspire us to create new products with a sustainable slant. /p pWe want to have a positive impact on both people's lives and the planet. /p h3About the role /h3 pThe Commercial Excellence Manager, directly reporting to the Sales Director MHC, will play a pivotal role in leading commercial business initiatives to drive growth through improved efficiency and standardized practices, in both bMedical and Consumer /b sectors. /p pAdditionally, the Commercial Excellence function serves as the Project Lead for various strategic organizational processes and selling initiatives, aiming at achieving and exceeding Uriach's annual revenue, growth, and profitability targets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement sales strategies tailored for the different channels (medical, pharmacy, wholesalers, e-commerce) ensuring alignment with regional objectives. /li liImplement Sales force efficiency (segmentation, targeting, and call plan creation). /li liStructure incentive systems. /li liManage product forecasts. /li liCollaborate closely with sales leaders to optimize sales processes, drive efficiency, and enhance overall sales effectiveness. /li liImplement performance management systems and Key Performance Indicators to supervise sales performance. /li liAnalyse sales data (both sell‑in and sell‑out) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights. /li liWork closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives. /li liFacilitate communication and coordination between different departments to streamline processes and achieve common goals effectively. /li liConduct comprehensive market analysis to gather insights into market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. /li liUse market insights to advise strategic decision‑making and drive sales growth in the region. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience of at least 5–7 years in commercial excellence, salesforce effectiveness, or business analytics roles in pharmaceutical companies with a demand generation model based on medical detailing. /li liExperience in sales as a medical representative or medical area manager, preferably in a structured international company, will be considered a plus. /li liField experience in the pharmacy channel will be considered a plus. /li liBachelor’s degree in finance, economics or science subjects. /li liIn-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and of the characteristics of various distribution channels. /li liAnalytical and quantitative mindset with a data‑driven and business‑oriented approach. /li liResults‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment. /li liProven organisational, interpersonal and communication skills at different levels. /li liExcellent knowledge of data analysis tools (PowerBI, SalesForce, Veeva) and the English language. /li /ul pPreferred domicile: Milan. /p pUriach Italy Srl is an equal opportunity company.
