You will learn display techniques specific to fashion retail, developing your visual merchandising skills and enhancing your creativity. You will also have the opportunity to create and implement displays that ensure a consistent brand image and maximize sales performance.Main Responsibilities
Creating displays in line with the company's commercial and visual merchandising policiesManaging the store layout, optimizing space and enhancing product presentationAnalyzing sales data to create ad hoc layouts and maximize store profitability
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma (ideally with an artistic background)Previous experience in retail, ideally in the fashion sector (e.g., stock assistant, sales assistant)Creativity, autonomy and strong problem‐solving skillsDesire to grow within a young and dynamic companyProfessionalism, flexibility, commitment, dedication and motivation
