Position Summary:
The (Snr.) Business Development Manager will oversee the growth of new products in the Energy Storage segment, forming strategic relationships with partners to support business expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer needs and market trends to align product strategies.
2. Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze post-bid results.
3. Develop early adopter relationships for testing and launching new products.
4. Conduct feasibility studies for product improvements and new developments.
5. Monitor operational issues and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
6. Coordinate with development and delivery teams to ensure product quality and schedules.
7. Assist in managing product launches with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar industries.
* Proven business development success.
* Decisiveness in product guideline determination.
* Understanding of financial reports and budgets.
* Entrepreneurial sales background.
