Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future. /p pVeolia Water Technologies (WT) seeks an experienced Industrial Water Technologies Sales Manager to drive growth in EPP, TP, and MWIS business lines in Italy's industrial market, focusing on Veolia's 10 Industrial Priority Markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with industrial clients, delivering tailored technology solutions, collaborating with engineering, technology and project teams, achieving sales targets, representing Veolia at events, aligning with European strategy, and ensuring regulatory compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a sales strategy to expand Veolia WT’s EPP, TP, and MWIS business lines in the Italian industrial market and acquire new industrial customers. /li liIdentify and pursue new industrial business opportunities, building strong relationships with plant managers and decision makers across priority sectors. /li liBuild strong relationships with key engineering companies and EPC contractors to promote Veolia’s technologies and establish strategic partnerships. /li liCollaborate closely with engineering, technology development, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of EPP offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. /li liDevelop a deep understanding of the Italian industrial water and wastewater treatment market, regulatory requirements and competitive landscape. /li liAchieve ambitious EPP sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals across priority industrial sectors. /li liRepresent Veolia WT at industrial conferences, sector‑specific events, and trade shows, promoting technology capabilities and sustainability initiatives. /li liCollaborate closely with the European Industrial Sales Leader to align Italy's growth strategy with European practices. /li liLeverage synergies within the Veolia group to offer comprehensive solutions and promote cross‑selling opportunities. /li liEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Environmental, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering); advanced degree preferred. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in industrial water treatment technologies or process engineering solutions across multiple sectors. /li liProven track record of achieving EPP sales targets and contributing to technology business growth; experience in Veolia’s 10 Industrial Priority Markets highly desirable. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liProficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liWillingness to travel extensively within Italy to industrial sites. /li liStrong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional value. /li liKnowledge of the Italian industrial water and wastewater treatment market, regulations, sector trends and sustainability practices. /li liFamiliarity with Veolia’s technology portfolio and EPP capabilities. /li liUnderstanding of industrial procurement processes and complex sales cycles. /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 ul liAssociate /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liFull‑time /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liProduction, Distribution, and Engineering /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liSoftware Development and IT Services and IT Consulting /li /ul pAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. /p pbAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
