For our client, a prestigious international law firm, we are looking for a Junior Civil Lawyer. The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of civil and commercial law and excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
* Provide legal assistance and consultancy in civil and commercial law matters.
* Draft legal documents, contracts, and opinions in both Italian and English.
* Support litigation processes, including hearings and negotiations.
* Interact with national and international clients.
* Assist in handling complex legal cases.
Requirements:
* Law degree and qualification to practice law.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in law firms or corporate environments.
* Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law.
* Fluent English (C1 level or higher), with the ability to draft legal documents in the language.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
* Team-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.
