Baoli is operating in the growing economy market segment. /ph3Job Overview /h3pThe Director of Sales Baoli EMEA will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and service strategy to achieve increased order intake, enhance market share, and achieve defined gross profit targets within the EMEA market. The role includes building and leading a high‑performing sales team, aligning strategies with sales initiatives, and reporting to the Managing Director of Baoli EMEA. Service sales and sales enablement for staff and dealers are also key focus areas. Opportunities for growth and advancement. /ph3Tasks and Qualifications /h3ulliExecute Sales Service Strategy to achieve order intake, market share, and gross profit growth targets. /liliProvide strategic direction to steer sales and ensure alignment with company objectives. /liliBuild and lead a high‑performing sales team throughout the EMEA region, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. /liliEstablish and optimise tools and processes for efficient sales operations. /liliInitiate change and drive growth initiatives to capture new market opportunities and improve sales performance. /liliDevelop and run sales enablement and support activities for the sales force and dealer network. /liliDrive campaigns and lead management initiatives. /liliDevelop and implement sales analytics and planning to optimise performance. /liliSet targets and objectives for the sales organisation, track progress and make adjustments as necessary. /liliSupport the expansion of the Baoli distribution footprint through collaboration with central dealer development initiatives. /li /ulh3Key interfaces /h3ulliDealer Development /liliSupply Chain Management /liliFinance /liliMarketing /liliService Business Operations /li /ulh3Desired Experience /h3ulliSubstantial experience in the forklift or related industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market. /liliHigh proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken) – mandatory. /liliWillingness to travel, including within the EMEA region and occasionally internationally. /liliA structured and analytical way of working, with a track record of strategic planning and execution. /liliExceptional people skills, including a high level of empathy and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. /liliIntercultural skills to effectively work within the diverse EMEA region. /liliProactive and results‑oriented approach to drive sales and achieve targets. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). /liliExtensive experience in senior leadership roles within sales, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. /liliStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organisational levels. /liliFamiliarity with EMEA market dynamics and distribution networks. /li /ulh3Workplace /h3pLainate (MI) – ITALY /ppKION brands keep the world moving – globally, regionally, and locally.
