You will be part of the Personal Health team for IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece), collaborating across the different organizations and reporting to the Consumer Marketing Leader. /p pbYour role: /b /p ul liBuild strategic media plans to achieve Business Marketing goals and sell-out ambitions by working with the media agency. /li liAnalyze media landscape to develop comprehensive and innovative marketing/media tactics that outperform the competition. /li liDesign and implement data-driven marketing strategies aimed at driving significant increases in traffic, leads, and sales. /li liPartner with Shopper Marketing Commercial teams to embed media capabilities in e-trade and Retail Media plans to effectively drive sell-out. /li liCollaborate with local and regional Marketing teams to localize creative assets and toolkits. /li liDevelop test-and-learn programs with agencies to optimize performance. /li liConduct data analysis to make informed, data-driven decisions that continuously improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI). /li liMonitor Media, Marketing Business KPIs and report insights to senior management highlighting progress and areas for improvement. /li /ul pbYou're the right fit if you have: /b /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. /li li3-5+ years in performance marketing, media planning, or digital marketing in an agency or multinational company environment. /li liAdvanced knowledge of media platforms, data analysis, KPIs (CPA, ROAS), and digital marketing tools. /li liStrong analytical skills (including advanced Excel expertise) to calculate ROI and manage budget planning effectively. /li liNegotiation skills to increase efficiency of media investments. /li liStrong ability to work in cross-functional teams, results-oriented mindset, and innovative approach. /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate across internal teams and with external agencies. /li liProven ability to work effectively as a team player, building trust and collaboration. /li liExcellent presentation and communication skills. /li liA global mindset with cultural agility, a consumer-centric approach, and a data-driven decision-making style. /li liFluent in English in addition to Italian as local language. /li /ul pbHow we work together /bbr/We believe that we are better together than apart.
