Alesea is a fast-growing tech company in the IoT & AI space for utilities and cable industry, with an established core business built around intelligent management of cable drums. After a venture building phase, we are now in full venture scaling mode: in 2026 we will grow our team and launch a series of strategic adjacencies, both organically and through M&A.


We are looking for a Growth Manager with a strong commercial drive — someone who knows how to build client relationships, open new markets, and close business opportunities, while staying connected to operational reality.


Commercial Development & Business Development

* Manage an active sales pipeline: from lead qualification to deal closure, with direct ownership of revenue targets
* Map and develop new markets and customer segments for strategic adjacencies, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels
* Build and sharpen the commercial value propositions for each adjacency, working closely with the product and operations teams
* Track commercial performance, manage the CRM, and produce reports and forecasts for the leadership team


Client Relationships & Field Execution

* Own the pilot and onboarding phases with clients, ensuring a continuous and professional relationship throughout the solution adoption process
* Manage commercial relationships with existing clients and prospects, nurturing them over time to generate upselling, referrals, and long-term loyalty
* Prepare and present commercial proposals, pitches, and value propositions to stakeholders at different levels — from procurement to C-suite
* Collaborate with the product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure commercial promises translate into solutions that are both feasible and satisfying for the client



Background & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in (preferably B2B) commercial roles: sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industrial, tech, or IoT environments
* Proven ability to open new accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and build lasting relationships with industrial or corporate clients
* Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can build a compelling pitch and carry a negotiation with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Familiarity with the industrial, utilities, or manufacturing sector is a plus — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be able to speak the client’s language
* Fluent in English

* Proactive and self-directed: you don’t wait for opportunities to come to you — you go and find them, and you know when to bring the internal team in to close them
* Ambitious and growth-oriented: you want to build something real, take ownership of a market, and grow with the company as it scales
