This means changing how we partner with public and private-sector customers to understand their needs and improve patient lives. /p h3About the role /h3 pAs a BIP Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of business objectives and for the creation and development of a Partnership relationship with the clients of the assigned area (Hospital Pharmacists, Nurses, Risk managers and Clinicians). You will report hierarchically to the Sales Marketing Manager BIP. You will analyse the reference markets in terms of size, potential and market shares and study the organization and needs of the client, public and private, to identify the main stakeholders and decision makers in order to insert the products in the Regional and / or Hospital Handbook. Moreover you will define an action plan consistent with the strategic guidelines, the priorities and potential of the territory, having carried out a punctual segmentation and customer targeting. /p h3Main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liResponsible for the achievement of assigned business objectives. /li liTimely communicate any deviations from assigned business and define any corrective business actions /li liUpdate monthly sales forecast and actively participate in yearly sales target definition /li liEnsure a timely and effective scientific updating of the latest clinical evidence related to BIP products, propose products and services to retain existing customers and to acquire new ones /li liKeep informed about the products, prices and services of the competition and share the same information with the management and the team /li liParticipate in any local, national and international conferences /li liManage relationship with area KOLs /li liParticipate actively in meetings with colleagues by sharing successful and critical experiences, as well as contributing to cross-divisional projects and activities /li liResponsible for tender process in the geographical area of responsibility /li liSubmit quotation for approval with price in line with current strategy /li liConstantly update opportunities in SFDC /li liSupport external partners (agencies and distributors) in promotional activities aligning them to BU strategy /li liSupporting end users in training and educational activities including operating room support ensuring correct usage of BIP product solutions /li liCollaborate with local Product Manager and EU Marketing Team in planning and execute local activities /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liScientific degree according to Italian policies that allow drugs promotion /li liGood knowledge of English language /li liAbility to transform product in solutions /li liKnowledge of healthcare, including expertise in diseases, treatments, and medical procedures /li liStrong focus on customer and an orientation to their needs /li liKnowledge of the Italian healthcare market, including competitor activity and broad trends. /li liTactics to grow volume and market share /li liAbility to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the field pOur target base salary range for this role is betweenb€45,000 and €60,000 /b per year, complemented by a competitive premio structure and a comprehensive benefits package. /p pBecton, Dickinson, and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
