BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Dispatch, on-site) \"IT Support Specialist\" in Italy.
Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-level support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV-related issues when required.
* Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket records for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and authorized Cisco Jabber applications.
* Possess basic knowledge of macOS to support Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
* Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
* Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid work permit in Italy.
* Proficiency in English & Italian language is mandatory.
* Several years of experience in a similar role are required.
