PpLinguarama is a leading international organisation specialising in customised language training for business. Our client base ranges from small companies to multi-national global corporations. Linguarama Milan offers both face-to-face courses and virtual classroom training supported by our own online platforms. /ppWith a wide network of training centres in Europe, Linguarama offers comprehensive language and communication training in the global market. /ppWe are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. /ppThis is an in-person role located in our Milan or Turin office. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEstablish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. /liliUse state-of-the-art tools and social media to grow our marketing database. /liliUse a solution-based sales approach to sell Linguarama products and services. /liliSell the full range of sustainable Linguarama products from virtual classroom to face‑to‑face and online training. /liliManage client relationships by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. /liliLiaise with colleagues around the Linguarama Group to ensure training programmes are effectively delivered. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExcellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. /liliExcellent communication skills in English, Italian and Spanish is a must (C1 level). /liliThe ability to develop needs‑based training solutions. /liliDrive and ambition to succeed in a competitive market communicating with decision makers in HR and at senior level. /liliThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ulliCompetitive base salary including commissions. /liliBase salary 18K-23K EUR plus incentives based on performance that can lead to an OTE equal to 30K-35K EUR. /liliOnboarding and on-going training to develop your skills. /liliThe chance to develop client relationship skills at a senior management level. /liliMulticultural and fast paced environment. /li /ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
