Descrizione

Join us at Medicilio to make a meaningful impact, learn and grow together, and have fun along the way.
We believe in making a difference while enjoying every step of the journey.
Our team is distributed across three continents and works remotely to build healthcare solutions for Italy, with plans to expand across Europe.
You will collaborate closely with product, operations, clinical stakeholders, and partner teams.
Work remotely or from our offices in Milan or Sicily, with flexibility as a core principle of how we operate.
About the role
We're looking for aProduct Manager (Mid Level)to lead the evolution of ourRemote Patient Monitoring (RPM)platform—across patient and clinician experiences, operational workflows, and device/data capabilities.
This is a high-ownership role in a real healthcare context.
You'll work closely with engineering, clinical operations, support, and external partners (hospitals, device vendors) to ship improvements that are reliable, measurable, and trusted by clinicians and patients.
Healthcare experience is a big plusfor this role: familiarity with clinical workflows, regulated environments, or healthcare delivery realities will help you ramp faster and make better trade-offs.
Location
Milan-based hybrid. You'll work at least 2 days from the office, the rest is flexible.
Occasional travel to hospitals / partner sites / patient visits may be required.
Contract
Flexible (fixed-term/permanent — based on profile and mutual fit).
Responsibilities
Own one or more RPM product domains end-to-end (e.g., device onboarding & data reliability, alerts & workflows, clinician dashboards, patient engagement & adherence).
Drive discovery with clinical and operational stakeholders: understand real workflows, constraints, and pain points; translate them into clear product direction.
Define and communicate product plans for your domain: goals, sequencing, scope, and trade-offs.
Write high-quality requirements: problem framing, scope, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and release readiness.
Lead delivery execution with engineering and design: prioritisation, unblocking, and pragmatic scope control.
Build feedback loops: production signals, user feedback, support/ops data ? into continuous improvement cycles.
Establish quality practices: define success metrics, strengthen instrumentation, and ensure releases meet quality standards.
Coordinate with partners (hospitals, device manufacturers, service providers) to align on constraints, timelines, rollouts, and operational readiness.
Keep teams aligned through clear documentation and communication: decision logs, release notes, internal updates, and playbooks.
Support/mentor junior roles when needed (e.g., Product Specialist) by raising the bar on clarity and execution.
What success looks like
First 30 days
You understand the RPM product, key workflows, and current bottlenecks.
You can run discovery sessions independently and translate outcomes into a clear plan.
You ship at least one meaningful improvement with strong stakeholder alignment.
By ***** days
You reliably own your domain execution, shipping consistently with measurable outcomes.
You reduce avoidable incidents through better requirements and stronger release readiness.
You improve at least one key metric (e.g., onboarding success, adherence/compliance, alert handling time, support volume).
Skills
Must haves
3–6 years of product experience (or equivalent, if your track record shows strong product judgment and execution).
Strong execution: you take ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped solutions.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; you make trade-offs explicit and build alignment.
Strong analytical thinking: define metrics, interpret signals, and use data + feedback to decide.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones.
Fluent Italian + English (written and spoken).
Should haves
Experience working inhealthcare(clinical workflows, digital health, care delivery operations, regulated environments).
Experience with integrations / complex systems / edge-case-heavy products.
Familiarity with operational workflows (support, logistics, clinical ops) and how software impacts them.
Nice to haves
Exposure to healthcare standards or data models (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
Experience with alerting/workflow systems and human-in-the-loop operations.
Familiarity with privacy/security principles (e.g., GDPR) and building for traceability/auditability.
Compensation
Compensation Range:€30,000 – €45,000(depending on experience and scope).
Potential growth opportunities as the company scales.

We celebrate wins, support each other when it gets tough, and make it normal to say "I need help".

Big challenges don't scare us, and neither do failures — they teach us.
