As a strategic business leader, we are seeking an Area Manager to drive growth and excellence within the HoReCa channel across Abruzzo, Marche, and Molise.
This key role will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, conducting field shadowing and training sessions, identifying new customers, managing the sales pipeline, and closing strategic deals.
* Lead and manage a team of Quality Professionals (QPs) and indirectly a sales force, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy
* Develop and support the sales force through regular training sessions and feedback
* Identify and acquire high-potential customers, manage the sales pipeline, and close strategic deals
* Ensure quarterly visits to key premium clients to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence
* Activate premium Points of Consumption (PoCs) and Key Accounts, acting as the main point of contact for Marketing to support field-level activation initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the HoReCa or FMCG industry
* Strong people management and coaching skills
* Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
* Fluency in English
* Availability to travel regularly across the assigned area
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
