Fidia Czech Republic and Slovakia affiliates are recruiting a The Key account Manager (KAM) will act as the key link between Fidia Pharma Czech Republic and Slovakia and hospitals to reach the assigned targets. KAM will support all TA teams and promote the company´s products to key clients - wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals and other entities. KAM will also establish and maintain relationship with key hospital accounts in order to increase sales and revenue for the company. KAM will cover all therapeutic areas in scope of Czech and Slovak affiliate. KAM will also be responsible for CRM Main Responsibilities Developing and implementing commercial strategies and tactics that align with the company's overall business objectives and goals. Identifying key hospital accounts within the assigned territory and building relationships with key decision makers, including hospital executives, physicians, pharmacists, and supply chain managers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the company, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations, to develop and execute account-specific initiatives, such as educational programs, clinical trials, and formulary reviews. Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics and identify new business opportunities. Demonstrating a deep understanding of the hospital market, including the healthcare delivery system, regulatory environment, and reimbursement landscape. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations within the assigned therapeutic areas. Representing the company at regional and national conferences and meetings, presenting clinical and economic data to key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Attendance at various project depending on company needs CRM admin Requirements At least 3 years previous experience in a similar position University Degree, preferable in Life Science : Biotechnology / Biology / Pharmacy / Chemistry / Natural Science Medical, pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance knowledge English, Czech and Slovakian languages proficiency, both spoken and written Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ethics and compliance Our offer Open ended contract.
