Key Responsibilities:
In coordination with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams, the key responsibilities include:
* Building close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products.
* Achieving sales objectives related to all relevant products and market segments through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers to ensure sales growth.
* Engaging in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Hanwha Product Management team, and collaborating with the Country Manager on marketing strategies.
* Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue.
* Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Consulting with end users, liaising with consultants and specifiers, and engaging with major system integrators at senior levels.
* Keeping customers informed about products, increasing project pipelines, and generating revenue from existing and new customers.
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress, analyzing customer audits, and segmenting markets for better positioning.
* Contributing ideas for marketing plans, focusing on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar markets, with the ability to present solutions effectively.
* Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs, and creating professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT & Networking.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong understanding of network video systems and their topology.
* Business or technical degree is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Desire to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and clients.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach, self-motivated, with project management and communication skills.
* Ability to present at all levels, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Valid driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role; ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy may be required.
