Retribuzione / BenefitsOwn territory execution across the Italian area, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
Develop and maintain relationships with direct customers, POS customers, and distribution network stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership)
Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and convert to revenue
Lead commercial discussions with customers via the distribution network and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution
Provide market and customer intelligence and translate insights into actions
Coordinate cross-functional resources and align with Sales Team and internal partners to deliver on customer needs
Plan and coordinate activities within local projects/workstreams with management and stakeholders
Track milestones, evaluate progress, and support delivery acceptance where applicable
ResponsabilitàProven B2B sales / account management experience, ideally xlwpduy in electronic components or semiconductors
Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Structured, proactive, customer-oriented approach with high accountability
Strong English communication; Italian fluency expected
Willingness to travel mainly within Italy
Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
