In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies that drive revenue and performance for our websites. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, SSPs and DMPs - Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data, adjusting bids, targeting and creative strategies - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance KPIs - Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns - Monitor industry trends, platforms and tools to ensure the best programmatic solutions - Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors Requirements: - Proven experience in programmatic advertising in the iGaming or digital marketing sectors - Strong understanding of SSPs and DMPs and how they integrate within the programmatic ecosystem - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights - Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting and lookalike modeling - Experience with tools like Google Analytics, DV360, and other relevant programmatic technologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive successful partnerships - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus - Ideally Naples based Benefits Become a part of our lively and energetic global team, where teamwork sparks innovation and creativity!
