2 giorni faJoin to apply for the Sales Manager (Europe) role at Neurons Lab.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Focus: This role is created as part of Neurons Lab’s expansion into Europe (or Singapore/APAC), focusing on Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients.Market Entry Goal: Build the first wave of direct enterprise relationships in the region, supported by AWS partnerships.First‑Mover Advantage: Establish Neurons Lab as a recognized AI partner in FSI by securing lighthouse accounts in Tier2 banks, insurance, and asset management.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, AI Engineering, and Account Delivery teams to bring tailored AI use cases to market.New Revenue Generation: Generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter (SQLs).Maintain >40% MQL to SQL conversion rate.Target FSI enterprises matching our ICP ($20M–$500M ARR).Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed‑won.Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification.Achieve >25% win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs).Reduce the average sales cycle to Develop FSI‑specific value propositions and use cases.Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach efficiency.Build multi‑threaded relationships within target accounts.Generate 30% of pipeline through partner channels.Cultivate relationships with AWS and contribute to joint go‑to‑market activities.Maximize partner funding and incentives.Monitor FSI market trends and competitive landscape.Identify emerging AI opportunities in assigned territory.Provide insights to the AI Engineering team.Articulate business value and ROI for AI initiatives.Coordinate scoping workshops with the AI Engineering team.Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing negotiations.Manage contract process (MSAs, SOWs) through execution.Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts.Provide weekly revenue forecasts with confidence levels.Document sales plays and competitive intelligence.Ensure smooth transition to Account Delivery post‑sale.Activity metrics: 50+ calls/meetings per month.Response time: Documentation: 100% CRM compliance.SkillsExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Systematic thinking.Strong collaboration and management skills.Fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian languages beneficial).ExperienceExperience in complex enterprise sales in Financial Services in Europe.Experience working in AI/ML domain.Seniority level: Mid‑Senior levelJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
