Job Overview:
Support the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing plans
Create impactful, compliant promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Analyse market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform positioning
Support product launch planning and implementation
Develop engaging educational and promotional content for healthcare professionals
To be successful:
3–5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand support, or commercial roles
Strong understanding of healthcare markets and customer needs
Ability to translate scientific data into clear, compelling marketing messages
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Exposure to ophthalmology or specialty care markets is advantageous
Fluent in English and Italian
