Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level, in Italy market
* Negotiate annual commercial deals (price lists, promotions, assortments, trading terms)
* Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accounts
* Evaluete sales performance (sell-in / sell-out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPI's
* Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launches
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers
* Manage forecasting and commercial planning activities
* Monitor market trends and market players, with a strong focus and functional dairy segment
* Report to National Account Manager
* Based in Luxembourg
Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within Modern Trade (GDO)
* Background in the FMCG sector, preferably food / dairy or FMCG
* Solid experience in negotiations with the Italian GDO
* Strong analitic skills and ability to manage customer P&L
* Performance mindset and strong customer orientation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsFluent English and Italian
* Willingness to travel across Italy
Education
* Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields (preferred)
