As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to show us how to define customer plan for achieving sustainable growth in Away From Home channels in line with company commercial strategy. Location: You can be based anywhere in Italy but the team meets in Vimercate (MB), at our office. You will be responsible with achieving the sales targets assigned, both quantitative and qualitative. You will be in charge of promotion planning and will provide sales forecasts for production for assigned customers on a monthly basis. You will have to maximize distribution for Kellogg’s assortment and shelf presentation and you will grow the value share of Kellogg’s across the different categories in your accounts. You will build a collaborating relationship with the customers’ managers promoting the Kellanova’s image It is part of your responsibility to check the evolution of the market and the competitors through reports and constant advice; to provide knowledge, insights and business-customers intelligence on away from home channels You will work cross-functionally with all relevant internal departments (Sales Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Activation, Customer Service etc.) Your Recipe for Success Fluent in Italian and English is necessary Bachelor's Degree, MBA Preferred Experience within multinational FMCG company Fundamental understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge Ability to cultivate growth using analytical skills while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of a new account Good analytical ability, able to interpret data / research, add insight Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Pro-active approach and courage to express opinion or recommendation in a respectful way Team mindset, excellent collaboration and understanding with internal and external stakeholders is key What’s Next We’re proud to offer industry competitive Total Health benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
