You will report to the Nordic CFO, and the position will be based at our Danish office in Fredericia. /ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliServe as the link between Headquarter Procurement and the local Requesting Department (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT), ensuring compliance with Global Lavazza strategies on operational and strategic levels. /liliImplement category strategies aligned with Headquarter requirements, managing purchasing decisions over medium to long-term horizons, seizing savings opportunities, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality and competitiveness. /liliManage local strategic supplier sourcing, including scouting, evaluation, and selection based on defined metrics and department requirements, as well as contract negotiation and finalization. /liliOversee supplier relationships and contracting, identify areas for improvement, define supplier development activities, and manage contract lifecycle. /liliCreate Purchase Orders for local departments, ensuring compliance with policies and timely, accurate processing, including amendments or cancellations as needed. /liliEnsure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, staying updated on regulatory changes. /liliProvide local operational, tactical, and strategic procurement support. /liliMonitor KPIs and metrics to track budget versus actual spending. /liliParticipate in ad hoc tasks or projects at the local level. /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliProficient in collaborating with stakeholders nationally and internationally, both internal and external. /liliCapable of managing multiple tasks and projects, adapting between operational and strategic work. /liliExperience in identifying potential suppliers and defining evaluation criteria. /liliSkilled in negotiation strategies and contract management, including renewals, disputes, and compliance. /liliKnowledge of local procurement laws. /liliIT skills, with familiarity with SAP being an advantage. /liliProficiency in English and Danish. /li /ulpAs an individual, you excel at managing relationships, motivating others, demonstrating good judgment, and approaching tasks methodically and critically.
