In this role you will drive new business for Fresha’s global Commercial team, focusing on outbound outreach and closing partnerships. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and align solutions with partner needs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner experience and provide market feedback to shape growth. This is an opportunity to impact Fresha’s expansion in the beauty and wellness ecosystem and build lasting partner relationships.

- Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email and social channels to secure new business
- Present, promote and demo products and services to prospects and existing partners
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align Fresha solutions with their objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Provide feedback on industry trends
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document call outcomes in the CRM
- Serve as main point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Responsabilità
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Strong relationship-building and hunter mentality
- Organised with ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Curiosity and desire for continuous growth and development
