* Approximately 3/4 years of experiece Marketing roles
* Proficiency in English and Italian.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Nescafé & Starbucks Marketing Manager, you will lead Nescafé Mixes (Cappuccino and Indulgent Coffees) plans and execute integrated marketing & commercial plans accordingly, to drive the growth in the market and unsure business targets (organic growth, market share and profitability).
A Day in the Life of the Brand Manager Nescafé Mixes:
Consumer and market
* Develops a deep understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and coffee trends, identifying key opportunities and generating relevant insights to grow in the category
* Develops strong, functionally aligned commercial plans with CDT
* Monitors and analyze sell-out data to understand and better design the strategy
* Monitors and manages PFME spending
* Develops & successfully implements consumer promotions, channel based promotions, events and activities throughout the year, monitoring the performance.
Brand
* Works in partnership with Content Hub to generate brand content
* Works with Media Partners to create successful communication plans
* Works synergically with Coffee Z-Eur team to have fruitful connections
* Leads the strategy in Retail for Indulgent Coffees (Italian products)
* Contributes and executes inno/reno pipeline involving all the relevant stakeholders and business functions
* Manage and be responsible of Nescafé Mixes P&L
