PositionWe are now looking for a French Speaking E-commerce Customer Service to join our E-commerce team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills and has a customer first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chat

Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and to the customer\u2019s satisfaction

Continuously looking for ways of improving the customer experience based on customer feedback

Supporting the E-commerce team on how to improve the online customer experience

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience

Support the ongoing enhancement of our Help Center and AI-powered customer support processes to improve efficiency and elevate the user experience

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends

Proficiency in using Shopify and Gorgias platforms

Support in translating website content

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of French and English is mandatory

Previous experience in a similar role

Good MS Office Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving

Interest for the motorsports industry completes the profile
