Job Purpose
We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerin ourCisco Business Unitto drive profitable growth, expand vendor partnerships, and support sales execution across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage small to mid-size accounts, executing the business unit strategy to grow market share.
2. Promote Cisco solutions and services, including TaaS, to key customers.
3. Identify and onboard new vendors, supporting business development initiatives.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to win tenders and large deals, increasing customer loyalty.
5. Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, positioning TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
6. Contribute to team development and support cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
7. Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
9. Strategic thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
10. Knowledge of the IT industry, vendor landscape, and product portfolio.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP R3 and Business Warehouse experience is a plus.
