Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bAccount Manager /b to lead and scale bItalian luxury merchants /b on a bcross-border e-commerce marketplace platform /b. This role focuses on bmerchant incubation, tiered account management, assortment strategy, and sustainable GMV growth /b, with close collaboration across product, BI, and operations teams. /p pCandidates must be bhigh level Chinese /b with bfull professional Italian and English proficiency /b to bridge European merchants and marketplace operations. /p pThis role is specifically focused on the luxury categories of: /p ul libClothes / Apparel: /b luxury ready-to-wear, outerwear, dresses, jackets, suits /li libShoes / Footwear: /b luxury shoes, sneakers, boots, limited‑edition footwear /li libBags / Leather Goods: /b handbags, totes, backpacks, crossbody bags, travel and lifestyle bags /li /ul pbJewelry, watches, and unrelated categories are excluded. /b /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h31. Merchant Segmentation Growth Management /h3 ul liDeep understanding of the European luxury industry with proven experience in bmerchant incubation and lifecycle management on marketplace platforms /b. /li liEstablish and execute tiered merchant management strategies (KA / PKA / long‑tail sellers), with visibility into sellers assortment structures and supply capabilities. /li liDesign and optimize growth pathways for key accounts, providing customized enablement plans and ongoing performance optimization. /li /ul h32. Marketplace Cross-border Operations /h3 ul liStrong familiarity with bcross-border luxury marketplace operations /b, including onboarding, compliance, logistics, and post-launch management. /li liDefine tailored business objectives and growth targets for different merchant types based on platform positioning and business model. /li liSupport merchants in resolving operational issues and drive assortment expansion and sales growth within marketplace ecosystems. /li /ul h33. Market Competitive Intelligence /h3 ul liMonitor competitive marketplaces and market dynamics, analyzing best-selling categories and emerging trends. /li liIdentify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable merchant strategies across bclothes, shoes, and bags /b. /li /ul h34. Assortment Trend Enablement /h3 ul liMaintain strong awareness of marketplace luxury trends and leverage historical product data to enhance trend forecasting. /li liUnderstand the structure of new arrivals, hero SKUs, and clearance inventory from European suppliers targeting cross-border marketplaces. /li liEmpower merchant decision-making with bdata-driven insights /b on clothes, shoes, and bags. /li /ul h35. Cross-functional Collaboration Scale Optimization /h3 ul liPartner closely with Product, BI, and other teams to identify scalable, automated solutions to operational challenges. /li liTranslate merchant and operational needs into product or process optimization proposals, improving merchant and customer experience on the marketplace. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelors degree or above. /li li3+ years of experience in be-commerce or marketplace operations /b, preferably with luxury merchants in bclothes, shoes, or bags /b. /li /ul h3Language Regional Expertise /h3 ul liHigh level Chinese, fluent English. /li liBusiness-level Italian (commercial negotiation proficiency required). /li liPrior work experience in Europe and strong familiarity with European luxury and fashion culture are strong advantages. /li /ul h3Analytical Strategic Capability /h3 ul liHighly structured thinker with strong curiosity and deep problem-solving ability. /li liProven ability to drive data-driven decision-making, including successful 0-to-1 project experience. /li liStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. /li /ul h3Execution Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong ownership mindset. /li liExcellent communication skills, project management capability, and cross-functional coordination experience. /li liAbility to independently drive initiatives from strategy through execution. /li /ul h3Data Tool Proficiency /h3 ul liProficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required (functions, pivot tables, etc.). /li liStrong sensitivity to luxury market and marketplace data, with the ability to generate insights and present findings effectively. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
