We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about electronics, innovative and enjoys being involved in technology projects that will make life not only different, but better.We aim to hire a **Technical Sales Engineer**. They will be joining a team reporting directly to the Sales Manager.**Technical Sales Engineer- Automotive*** Building, maintaining, and developing strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners.* Focusing on technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects.* Creating new opportunities and product selection within the accounts and creating demand activity using technical resources as needed.* Utilizing distribution and supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales.* Understanding of customers' needs and how to translate them to Arrow requirements or opportunities.* Attending supplier training events to keep up to date on product line.* Working within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow's share of customer spend.* 5+ years of related experience in the Electronics industry. **Automotive industry** preferred* Degree in electronics studies.* Ability to sell, influence and negotiate.* Ability to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.* Fluency in Italian and English language.* Electronic component knowledge (Semi and IP&E products).* Driver's license.* Stable employment based on a permanent contract.* Company car.* Laptop and smartphone* Chance to work with a wide spectrum of companies and technologies that drive innovation.* Real chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.* Comprehensive training in the newest technologies in the electronic industry.**Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.**#LI-KA1# **Location:**IT-Turin, Italy (Corso Svizzera)# **Time Type:**Full time# # **Job Category:**Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
