San Clemente Palace Venice is looking for a Hotel Reservations Agent based in Venice
QUALIFICATIONS
* Good command of Italian ad English
* Knowledge of French and German are a plus
* Good Opera PMS knowledge
* Previous experience in a 5 Star luxury hotel
* Previous customer related experience
* Very good communication skills
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office progams
* OTA extranet knowledge
* Highly responsible and reliable
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs
* Residence permit in Italy
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.
* Ensure clients’ satisfaction and adherence to hotel's service standards.
* Follow internal credit policy.
* Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
* Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
* Responding and making test calls, fulfilling LQA
