Were currently on the lookout for a motivated and energetic German-speaking Account Manager to become part of our diverse and talented team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, eager to work alongside one of the most forward-thinking companies globally, and who appreciates the flexibility of a hybrid work setting.

Role Overview

In this position, youll serve as the key connection between our clientsprimarily Googleand our internal teams. You will manage relationships, ensure project excellence, and contribute to long-term client success.

Your main responsibilities include:

Client Engagement

- Build strong, lasting partnerships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support.

- Act as the main bridge between clients and internal departments, maintaining open and clear communication.

- Understand client business goals and tailor our services to meet their evolving needs.

Project Oversight

- Lead the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and at top quality.

- Coordinate across multiple departments to facilitate smooth project management.

- Track project milestones and KPIs, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Strategic Guidance

- Offer insightful strategic advice informed by market trends and client-specific needs.

- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.

- Continuously review and optimize account performance to help clients meet business goals.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech to develop the best solutions.

- Support and guide junior colleagues, contributing to their learning and success.

Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor and report on account performance, delivering clear insights and recommendations.

- Create and present regular client updates, including reports and performance reviews.

- Leverage data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Problem Resolution

- Take proactive ownership of issues, offering fast, professional resolutions.

- Balance the needs of both clients and the business when finding solutions.

Language & Communication

- Communicate confidently and fluently in German across all professional contexts.

- English fluency is also required, as it is the main language within the organization.

Candidate Profile

Were looking for someone who brings:

- Native or near-native German fluency.

- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

- Experience with Google or other major tech firms is a plus.

- Strong background in client management, project delivery, and team coordination.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with solid multitasking capabilities.

- Previous experience in digital marketing or tech-related industries is desirable.

- Comfort with a hybrid work setup and the ability to self-manage effectively.

- Fluency in English for internal collaboration.
