For a global leading multinational company in the industrial safety sector, we are looking for aSales Director.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's global objectives to achieve significant business results;
Building, training, and effectively managing a high-performing sales team, including setting clear performance metrics (KPIs) and supporting their activities;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors in Italy and Europe;
Developing and managing sales budget plans, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring profitability.
Job Requirements
Key Skills
Knowledge of the industrial safety sector or industrial realities, particularly with distributor channels;
Experience in sales on the Italian market
Experience in managing agents
Proven track record of successfully leading, and mentoring sales teams;
Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales processes;
Fluency in English.
Complementary Skills
Previous experience working within multinational companies;
Strong leadership, management, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
