As ClickShare Product Manager, you drive the expansion of the ClickShare portfolio by turning customer insights into compelling collaboration solutions. You combine strategic product management with strong technical insight to ensure market‑fit that aligns with the ClickShare brand promise. You bring expertise in multisensor AV designs and hybrid collaboration workflows to shape products that scale. You work cross‑functionally to deliver end‑to‑end experiences and lifecycle improvements. You will influence senior leadership with clear roadmaps and impactful product decisions.

* Balance experience, feasibility, cost, and time‑to‑market while upholding quality and security
* Collaborate with Product Marketing on launches, enablement, and partner readiness
* Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle and customer journey, implementing lifecycle initiatives and iterating from feedback
* Act as internal and external expert on product domain and competitive landscape
Responsabilità
* Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful products
* Solid technical understanding of the collaboration and UC&C landscape, including market trends and ecosystem dynamics
* Hands‑on experience with multisensor AV architectures, intelligent video framing, acoustic/voice technologies, and UC platform certification processes (Teams, Zoom, Google)
* Strong customer‑centric mindset translating insights into validated requirements
* Excellent cross‑functional communicator with ability to align R&D, UX, Sales, and others
* Comfort with UX principles, prototyping, and customer validation workflows
* Confident presenter capable of influencing senior leadership
