General Description Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager, this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM), in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving sales targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM will develop territory-specific strategic account plans in close collaboration with other functions. Additionally, the KAM supports and advises key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded, and honest manner. Area of Responsibility Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige, Lombardia Est. Preferred Province of Residence Padova, Verona. Essential Functions of the Job Building BeiGene's image/brand and awareness for our products in the hematology-oncology market within the served area, as a key scientific and healthcare partner. Developing long-lasting relationships based on value addition to key stakeholders in the assigned territory. Managing regional sales, company reputation, access goals, and qualitative performance parameters as agreed with the RFM, in coordination with other departments. Developing, implementing, and executing commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers (HCPs and HCOs). Organizing and executing local symposia and workshops with key customers. Gathering insights and analyzing information to identify strategic opportunities at the account level. Participating and providing customer care at local, national, and international meetings and symposia. Ensuring compliance in all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct, aligned with our values. Operating in accordance with BeiGene's Standards of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience. Several years of qualified experience as a commercial representative in the hematology-oncology market; experience in Lymphomas is desirable. Good knowledge of local KOLs and HCOs. Scientific education and experience in similar roles. Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology and project management. Strong alignment with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company. Willingness to learn and develop continuously (training and coaching). Proven success in a small, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment. Innovative, creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Effective implementation skills. Marketing and commercial-oriented mindset. Reliable contacts with opinion leaders in relevant indications; knowledge of Lymphomas is desirable.
