How You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to opportunity development and relationship management with international clients.
- Build long‑term trust with clients by understanding their business and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
- Co‑design project proposals with the team, focusing on eCommerce, customer innovation, and digital transformation—blending technology, creativity, and strategy to shape future‑ready experiences.
- Contribute to the definition of sales and marketing strategies, and strengthen collaboration with technology vendors and partners.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (design, tech, delivery) to ensure alignment between client needs and solution delivery.
- Support the strategic positioning of Arsenalia’s offering, identifying market trends and translating them into business opportunities.
- Own the negotiation and contracting phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and interpret the strategic needs and challenges of potential clients.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a digital environment.
- Solid knowledge of B2C/B2B eCommerce, customer experience, CRM, and AI, with the ability to discuss these topics from a business perspective.
- Proven ability to independently develop high‑value project proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess and manage project risks.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level).
- Precision, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility in planning and managing activities.
- Availability for short‑ and medium‑term business travel.
