What makes you unique Upper secondary school diploma, preferably from a culinary or pastry school. At least 2 years of experience in the pastry sector in restaurants, 5-star hotels, pastry laboratories or cruise ships. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/USPH). Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level) Strong attention to detail, creativity and team spirit Live your ambition, lead your impact You will oversee daily dessert preparation in your designated area, crafting exquisite pastries and desserts to a high culinary standard, delighting both customers and colleagues. Daily Pastry Production Operations You will prepare high-quality pastries, desserts for your assigned section with excellent taste and presentation. You will handle mixing, portioning, chopping and storage according to company standards. You will monitor equipment and report any malfunctions to the Pastry Chef. You will minimize waste and overproduction for better efficiency and cost control. You will perform daily quality checks and maintain full HACCP/USPH standards. You will contribute to a safe, positive and collaborative working environment.
