POur Client is an A-listed renewable energy company. /ppbr/pp1. Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers. /pp2. Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting. /pp3. Help customers on product installation and operation. /pp4. Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos. /pp5. Other work assigned by the leadership. /ppbr/pp1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred. /pp2. At least 2 years of After-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS. /pp3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language. /pp4. Business travels are required. /p
