Role:

We seek a Senior Sales Account with proven experience and an excellent track record, capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving organization with a self-organized approach to market penetration.

The ideal candidate is reliable, productive, self-motivated, and passionate about our products and mission. They should excel in solo and team projects, question dogma and the status quo, and have a growth mindset.

Hiring is expected between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new enterprise customers, challenging them to close significant deals via LinkedIn, CRM, and contact lists.
* Build and maintain deep relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts to maximize value.
* Position our solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis.
* Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective.
* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for alignment on target markets, strategies, and messaging.
* Lead account planning, developing strategies and milestones for 1-3 years.
* Manage cross-functional teams to meet account performance goals.
* Understand customer business environments, proactively assessing and validating needs.
* Structure pipeline development with clear mid-level objectives.
* Lead solution development efforts addressing customer needs and building a strong pipeline.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role (references required).
* Strong SaaS/tech sales experience, managing complex sales cycles.
* Proven hunter mentality for securing new business.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in B2B solutions sales.
* Experience leveraging technology vendors for project delivery.
* Systematic problem-solving approach with sustainable results.
* Ability to balance hunting and farming sales strategies.
* Proactive, collaborative, and capable of aligning business needs with solutions.
* Excellent communication and networking skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
* Agile mindset, comfortable in fast-changing startup environments.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
* Motivated, committed, and passionate about startups and agility.
* Familiarity with modern tech and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, HubSpot).
