The ideal candidate for this Sales Specialist role will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the energy storage market.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial (C&I) applications, and microgrid solutions.
o Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management.
* Proposal Development and Negotiation:
o Prepare detailed sales proposals, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and project timelines.
o Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
o Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to finalize agreements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
* Strong understanding of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power conversion systems.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
