Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends for Italy and Spain to identify growth opportunities
Translate insights into growth strategies and partner with regional/global owners to execute and optimize campaigns
Localize global initiatives to reflect market differences in language, culture, and consumer behavior
Provide strategic guidance on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta platforms, programmatic display, and affiliate channels across the funnel
Collaborate with regional and global teams to plan, set expectations, and deliver market-specific growth initiatives
Lead planning and execution of Growth Marketing projects with regional marketing, engineering, product, data science, and creative teams
Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to regional leadership and global teams to guide decisions and continuous optimization
Responsabilità
8+ years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy experience in consumer-focused businesses
Strong understanding of Italian and Spanish markets and digital ecosystems
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta platforms, programmatic display, and affiliate networks
Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations
Experience working with global marketing teams, product, engineering, and data partners
Knowledge of marketing automation, analytics tools, and privacy-first measurement including consent and attribution frameworks
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or localized asset development is a plus
Cross-functional collaboration skills
