The Digital Finance Business Unit seeks a Sales Manager with a strategic vision and strong results orientation to support the commercial growth and development of the customer portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Identify and create new business opportunities by acquiring new clients
* Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial contacts
* Define commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle for products and services
* Expand business with existing customers
* Monitor market trends, new technologies, innovative projects, and strategic partnerships to evaluate their impact on industries and business models, and identify new potential opportunities
* Manage post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
* Achieve commercial targets and proactively implement corrective actions when needed
Required Qualifications
* Previous experience in consulting services
* Proven track record in business development, training, and sales
* Excellent knowledge of the English language
* Good command of Microsoft Office tools
* Availability for travel and business trips
* A well-established customer portfolio and the ability to build new strategic commercial relationships are considered strong assets
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics disciplines
* The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a sales-driven mindset, ambition, and curiosity
