RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:
To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover a dedicated region, ideally in or around Florence, Pescara, Bari, Naples, or Rimini. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:
Growing the Client Portfolio:
* Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).
Selling the Company’s Solutions:
* Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
* Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
* Close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
* Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events:
* Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.
PROFILE SOUGHT:
* Desired experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
* Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
* Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
* Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
* Salary: €40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
* Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process.
