With deep expertise in microalgae production, plant extraction, fermentation, and clinical research, we deliver science-backed solutions that support human health and well-being. /ppbPosition Overview /b /ppWe are seeking a dynamic, communicative, and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Italy and Eastern Europe. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the local nutrition and health ingredients market, who thrives on building relationships and driving growth. /ppYou will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of branded, clinically proven nutritional ingredients, expanding our customer base, and managing and nurturing a select group of existing key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDrive sales of Solabia Nutrition’s branded ingredients across the Italian and Eastern European market. /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities with nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and functional food companies. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, RD teams, and procurement professionals. /liliDeliver technical and commercial support to customers, leveraging our clinical and scientific data. /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, RD) to align on go-to-market strategies. /liliContribute to annual sales planning and budgeting in coordination with the European Business Director /li /ulpbYour Profile /b /pulli3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the nutritional ingredients, nutraceutical, or functional food sectors. /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian nutrition market and an existing professional network. /liliA scientific or technical background (degree in life sciences, nutrition, biology, or related field preferred). /liliEnergetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a “hunter” mindset. /liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. /liliComfortable working independently in a remote setting and managing multiple priorities. /li /ulpbWhy Join Us? /b /pulliBe part of a fast-growing global company with a strong innovation pipeline. /liliWork with clinically supported natural health ingredients that make a real difference. /liliJoin a collaborative, science-driven team passionate about improving health through nutrition. /li /ulpuTravel : /u Up to 50% field travel /ppuLanguages : /u Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /ppbReporting to : Business Director Europe (Maastricht) /b /ppTo know more about our products : One step ahead in health ingredient innovation - Solabia Nutrition /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
