Overview
Your Tasks
You will join our e-commerce team based in Milan as Key Account Manager for Nivea, Labello & Hansaplast.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our e-commerce growth by managing and developing strategic customer relationships with main Marketplaces & Omnichannel E-retailers.
You will act as a trusted partner for key accounts, translating customer needs into tailored commercial strategies and ensuring sustainable, long-term value creation for both the company and its partners.
Analyze strategic marketplaces and identify market and channel opportunities in the Marketplaces world
Lead regular meetings and business reviews with clients to align on objectives and performances
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, shopper & costumer, controlling, supply chain and customer service
Plan and execute online visibility and promotional initiatives
Develop, maintain and update account development plans
Track performance KPIs and prepare commercial reports
Proactively manage issues and support future growth initiatives
Organization & Reporting Line
You will report directly to the Pure Players & Omnichannel Italy Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
2–4 years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Marketing or Trade Marketing roles
Strong interest in digital channels and e-commerce dynamics
Experience and knowledge of social commerce, including the management of sales and campaigns on social platforms; collaborating with Digital Marketing team
Strong knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care marketplaces such as Zalando, and similar platforms and understanding of marketplace business models
Experience in catalog and product content management in line with marketplace guidelines
Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and Retail Media solutions
Ability to analyze marketplace performance data and identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proactive mindset, strong ownership, results orientation and adaptability in fast-paced environments
