We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy.
\
About the Role
\
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, including agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers.
\
You will also be responsible for formulating product and price strategies, optimizing the distributor system, and ensuring the supply of channel inventory.
\
In addition, you will develop and implement sales strategies, improve marketing organization systems, and manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations.
\
Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:
\
\
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field;
\
2. More than five years of relevant work experience in sales management, preferably in the Italian market;
\
3. Proven track record of success in integrated marketing, with strong market development and sales capabilities;
\
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and lead high-performing teams;
\
5. Strong project development and leadership experience.
