PpbJob Description: /b The successful candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization. /li liBe accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area. /li liBuild effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organization. /li liCollaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutions. /li liServe as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries. /li liMonitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group. /li liManage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelines. /li liCreate effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbTECHNICAL COMPETENCES: /b /p ul liMarket and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments. /li liCustomers and Prospects products and processes understanding. /li liKnowledge of Company Product and Production: process, features techniques. /li liKey Account Planning and Project Management. /li liCustomer Service and CRM Management. /li liAnalysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools and applications. /li liBudget management. /li liIT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.). /li /ul pbSkills And Experience: /b /p ul li+3 years of experience in marketing or sales management position in the account management department, preferably with expertise in CRM. /li liFocus on Client's needs. /li liBusiness Acumen. /li liAnalytical Approach. /li liTime Management. /li liProblem Solving. /li liAccountability. /li liCommunication. /li liNegotiation. /li liAvailability to business trips. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
