What you’ll do - Serve food and beverage items to guests. - Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. - Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. - Prepare and restock outlet inventory. - Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies. - Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all china, glass, and silver prior to use. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. - Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. - Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
